Providers conduct visits at home, personal care homes and assisted living facilities by a certified Nurse Practitioner who will be your primary care provider. Our mission is to enhance quality of life, support independence, and ensure timely medical oversight. We work closely with our clients to provide one-on-one support, monitor changing health needs, and coordinate care with other providers and specialists.

Another Rose Care-West facilitates access to caregivers and nurses who provide private-pay care and nursing support for clients, emphasizing safety, dignity, comfort and continuity of care in the home setting. We assist our clients with in-home support services designed to support caring in place and promote peace of mind. We work closely with families to provide one-on-one support, monitor changing needs.

Dr. Michelle Rose brings over 30 years of healthcare experience, including her distinguished career as a Health Scientist and Public Health Advisor at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Her journey from critical care nursing in cardiovascular, ICU, and neurology settings to becoming a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner reflects her deep commitment to holistic patient care. Dr. Rose's approach is rooted in seeing the whole person, combining clinical excellence with genuine compassion to help patients live their best lives possible.
